Why It Is Capped

Limited to current glaucoma fellows.  

Attendance is application-based and deliberately small. That keeps the didactic sessions conversational and lets the controversies session become a real argument rather than a panel. Most of all, it keeps the wet lab a coaching environment where a fellow gets corrected mid-maneuver.
